Taiwan charity group helps flood victims in Cambodia

The Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, one of the largest charitable organizations in Taiwan, recently provided relief aid to flood victims in Cambodia, distributing food to nearly 3,000 households, according to a statement from the foundation Wednesday.
