Changeable temperatures as seasonal winds continue: weather bureau

The weather has become changeable in Taiwan under the effects of seasonal northeasterly winds, pushing the mercury down on Thursday in the northern and eastern areas of the country, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
