Nurse becomes first to register her residence in Nansha

A nurse serving on Taiping Island, the largest of the Spratly (Nansha) Islands in the disputed South China Sea, has registered her residence in the Spratlys, making her the first Taiwanese citizen to do so, the Coast Guard Administration (CGA) said Saturday.
