Cold air mass sends snow to Hehuan Mountain

A cold air mass in Taiwan sent snow Friday to Hehuan Mountain, one of the few peaks on the subtropical island that sees regular snow, attracting dozens of excited tourists to the central mountain, according to local authorities.
