President welcomes Guatemalan foreign minister

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) expressed the hope during a meeting with Guatemalan Foreign Minister Sandra Jovel on Monday that exchanges between Taiwan and Guatemala can be expanded to deepen the two countries' friendship.
