Kuomintang legislative caucus convener Lin Te-fu (林德福) on Monday led a protest against efforts by the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) to force through the third reading of a set of special provisions for the forward-looking infrastructure development program, which will lay the groundwork for a budget to be passed for the program's implementation.
