Interior minister touts Taiping as ideal for climate research center

The Taiwan-controlled Taiping Island in the South China Sea is a perfect location for the establishment of an observation station for climate change research, Interior Minister Yeh Jiunn-rong (葉俊榮) said Tuesday after a visit to the island.
