Cross-strait relations mean Taiwan-China ties: President Ma

President Ma Ying-jeou has made it very clear that cross-strait ties refer to ties between Taiwan and China rather than relations between the Kuomintang and Communist Party of China, a spokesman for the Presidential Office said Saturday.
