KMT will not appeal Wang's injunction: spokesman

Nearly one month after the ruling Kuomintang (KMT) decided to kick out Wang Jin-pyng, the party said Saturday it will not appeal a district court injunction that has allowed the Legislature's speaker to hold on to his membership for the time being.
