Taiwan donates 5.5 million Japanese yen for Shuri Castle rebuilding

Taiwan's government and an overseas ethnic Chinese group based in Okinawa recently donated 5.5 million Japanese yen (US$50,275) to the Okinawan government for the rebuilding of Shuri Castle, which was severely damaged in a fire on Oct. 31.
