Taiwan, Netherlands sign working holiday deal

Taiwan and the Netherlands signed an agreement Monday that paves the way for a reciprocal working holiday program between the two countries that is expected to take effect in April, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) announced that day.
