Southern Taiwan beach music festival to feature 100 performers

Southern Taiwan's annual music festival, Spring Break on the Beach, will feature over 100 performers, including disc jockeys from France, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, when it rocks Kenting in April, according to organizer "On the Beach."
