Taiwan's Tsao Chun-yu breaks national record in Tokyo Marathon

Taiwanese Tsao Chun-yu (曹純玉) ran the 2019 Tokyo Marathon in a time of just over two hours and 36 minutes on Sunday, breaking a 15-year national record and finishing 17th in the women's race.
