Former KMT chair leads youth delegation to cross-strait forum in China

Former opposition Kuomintang chairperson Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱) headed a delegation of 200 Taiwanese youths that left for China Friday, to attend the first cross-strait youth development forum in the country's eastern city of Hangzhou Sunday.
