SEF deputy secretary general tapped to also serve as spokesperson

Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) Deputy Secretary General Kuan An-lu (管安露) has reportedly been named to serve as SEF spokesperson, a position that has been vacant for nearly four months, a source said Wednesday on condition of anonymity, ahead of an official announcement.
