ROAD SAFETY/Drunk driver involved in car-train collision in eastern Taiwan

A man driving under the influence of alcohol crashed his sedan into the side of a Taroko Express train in Hualien County Monday morning, but no one was seriously injured, according to the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA).
