Foundation releases report on discrimination against migrant workers in Taiwan

The Garden of Hope Foundation unveiled Friday a report highlighting problems in the government's enforcement of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD), which the Republic of China ratified in 1970, leading to difficulties faced by migrant workers in the country.
