Taipei, March 9 (CNA) The Supreme Administrative Court on Thursday upheld a ruling fining China Airlines (CAL) NT$6 million (US$194,900) following the involvement of its employees in a cigarette smuggling scandal operated by national security bureau agents using a chartered presidential airplane in 2019.
