NGO sparks dialogue between migrant fishers, Fisheries Agency

A series of outreach events being held by ship-visiting NGO Stella Maris Kaohsiung enables migrant fishers serving on Taiwan's distant water fleets to interact with the Fisheries Agency, which oversees their work, and have constructive dialogue at the grassroots level, the organization's priest told CNA Tuesday.
