Taiwan's passport ranked world's 31st 'powerful'

Taiwan's passport ranked joint 31st on a list of the world's most powerful passports, offering its holders visa-free access to 146 destinations, according to the Henley Passport Index for the third quarter of 2021 issued Wednesday.
