Migrant worker import permits extended due to entry ban

Employers' permits to hire migrant workers will be automatically extended for three months, as such workers will be barred from entering Taiwan beginning Wednesday as part of a wider entry ban, the Ministry of Labor (MOL) said in a statement Monday.
