Tropical Storm Mekkhala forecast to affect Taiwan Monday night, Tuesday

Parts of Taiwan are likely to be battered by strong winds, heavy rain and high waves Monday night, with the approach of Tropical Storm Mekkhala, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
