Balmy weather forecast for 228 holiday around Taiwan

Taiwan will enjoy pleasant and warm weather during the three-day 228 Peace Memorial Day holiday that starts Friday, with daytime high temperatures expected to hit 30 degrees Celsius in central and southern parts of the country, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
