President Tsai expresses concern for Japan in wake of typhoon
Taipei, Oct. 14 (CNA) President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) expressed concern for Japan on Monday in the wake of record-breaking rainfall from Typhoon Hagibis, and said Taiwan is willing to help with the aftermath.
