Developing weather system likely to affect Taiwan this week: CWB

A tropical disturbance that has formed east of the Philippines is likely to develop into a storm later this week and may start affecting the weather in Taiwan before the Mid-Autumn Festival on Friday, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Monday.
