Navy punishes officers for accidental missile firing

The Navy on Friday punished seven officers, including Navy Commander Huang Shu-kuang (黃曙光), after a supersonic anti-ship missile was fired by mistake earlier in the day, hitting a fishing boat and killing its captain.
