Typhoon Goni's threat to Taiwan lowered; rain in forecast

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said early Saturday that chances for issuing a land warning for Typhoon Goni were lower than previously expected but added people still have to prepare for heavy to torrential rain during the weekend.
