Alishan Forest Railway to return to normal on Wednesday

The section of the Alishan Forest Railway between Chiayi and Fenchihu is scheduled to return to normal on Wednesday as the line recovers from damage created by Typhoon Soudelor, the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) said Monday.
