Yang takes helm as acting Kaohsiung mayor to fill Han's void

Yang Ming-chou (楊明州), a Kaohsiung City Government counselor, on Saturday took the helm as the acting mayor of the city to fill the void left by Han Kuo-yu (韓國瑜), who was recalled in a vote last week.
