KMT's Chang Li-shan claims win in Yunlin magistrate poll

Chang Li-shan (張麗善) of the Kuomintang (KMT) declared victory in the race for magistrate of Yunlin County on Saturday against her closest rival, the incumbent Lee Chin-yung (李進勇) of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
