Former Tainan County magistrate leaves DPP, announces mayoral bid

Former Tainan County Magistrate Su Huan-chih (蘇煥智) announced on Saturday that he has decided to leave the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), after 27 years of membership, and run in the November election for Taipei City mayor as an independent.
