Taiwan eying cooperation with Philippines on South China Sea
Taipei, March 31 (CNA) President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) has appealed for closer cooperation with the Philippines on several issues, including the South China Sea, after Manila seemed to push Taipei into further diplomatic isolation earlier this month.
