KMT to ask for constitutional interpretation on party assets issue

The opposition Kuomintang (KMT) will ask for a constitutional interpretation of a law passed by the Legislature on Monday that authorizes the Executive Yuan to form a commission to handle the party's "ill-gotten" assets, the party's Vice Chairman Steve Chan（詹啟賢）said Tuesday.
