KMT to ask for constitutional interpretation on party assets issue

Taipei, July 26 (CNA) The opposition Kuomintang (KMT) will ask for a constitutional interpretation of a law passed by the Legislature on Monday that authorizes the Executive Yuan to form a commission to handle the party's "ill-gotten" assets, the party's Vice Chairman Steve Chan(詹啟賢)said Tuesday.
