Tsai departs for overseas trip, pledges to solve CAL dispute

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) departed Friday for her first overseas trip since coming to office on May 20, pledging to seek a solution to dispute that has led to Taiwan's first air traffic disruption caused by workers going on strike.
