Speaker upbeat about two bills clearing legislative floor

Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng said Tuesday that he expected two major bills -- one on a capital gains tax and the other on lifting a ban on imports of U.S. beef containing ractopamine -- will be passed during the current extraordinary legislative session.
