China Times: DPP's two-faced strategy

Chiayi Magistrate Chang Hwa-kuan of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) revealed recently that Volkswagen is prepared to set up a plant in her county. Her predecessor, Chen Ming-wen, also of the DPP, said the investment solicitation was launched during his term.
