Chunghwa Telecom mum on reported plan to build cloud center in China

Taiwan's largest telecommunications company, Chunghwa Telecom Co., declined Tuesday to comment on a news report in Beijing that it plans to build a cloud computing center in southern China in partnership with a Chinese telecom firm.
