TANG PRIZE / New cold war between U.S., China unlikely: Tang Prize laureate

A new cold war between the United States and China resembling that between the U.S. and the Soviet Union in the 20th century is unlikely, but a rivalry could be unavoidable, Wang Gungwu (王賡武), the Tang Prize laureate in Sinology, said recently.
