Taiwan and China should reach an agreement to deal with different types of fraud cases to complement the existing Cross-Strait Joint Crime-Fighting and Judicial Mutual Assistance Agreement, Minister of Justice-designate Chiu Tai-san (邱太三) said Tuesday.
