Delta Electronics to acquire Canadian software developer

Delta Electronics Inc., a leading Taiwanese power management solutions provider, said Saturday that it has signed an agreement to acquire Canadian firm Trihedral Engineering Ltd. as part of its efforts to realize the company's ambitions in smart production.
