ASE, SPIL shareholders approve merger deal

Shareholders of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE) and Siliconware Precision Industries Co. (SPIL), the top two integrated circuit packaging and testing services providers in Taiwan, have approved a merger deal between the two companies.
