Committee to propose 30% hike in monthly minimum wage

Taipei, Aug. 16 (CNA) The Ministry of Labor's annual Minimum Wage Review Committee is set to propose an increase in Taiwan's monthly minimum wage from NT$21,009 to NT$27,711 (US$931) later this year, a business leader said on Wednesday.
