Power outages reported in Greater Taipei due to substation fire (update)

Power outages were reported in several districts in Taipei and New Taipei on Sunday morning after a fire broke out in a primary power substation in Taipei's Wenshan District, according to state-run Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower).
