German biologist wins Tsungming Tu Award for foreign scientists

German biologist Wolf B. Frommer received Tuesday the 11th annual Tsungming Tu Award (杜聰明獎), a Taiwanese award for foreign scientists who have made great discoveries in their fields and can collaborate with their counterparts in Taiwan.
