Freeway bureau relaxes rule on pregnant passengers, drivers

Pregnant passengers or drivers will no longer be subject to the high-occupancy vehicle policy on freeways in Taiwan, beginning Jan. 1, the Taiwan Area National Freeway Bureau said Tuesday.
