Hualien, Taitung to decide Thursday morning on typhoon closures

Schools and offices in most administrative areas of Taiwan will maintain normal hours Thursday, with Hualien and Taitung scheduled to decide by 10 a.m. whether to close down for a half day due to an approaching typhoon.
