Taipei mayor says his party will give voters more choices

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲), an independent, said Thursday his plan to establish a new political party is aimed at offering voters more choices than just the Kuomintang-led pan-blue and the Democratic Progressive Party-led green camps.
