IOC clarifies basis for use of 'Chinese Taipei' at Olympics

The International Olympic Committee (IOC), contacted by a CNA reporter, confirmed Monday that a 1981 agreement on the name, emblem and flag to be used by Taiwan at the Olympic games remains in place.
