Taiwan ready to offer aid to Japanese flood victims: President

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) tweeted in Japanese late Saturday, offering her condolences to the victims of Japanese flooding and saying that Taiwan is ready to provide any necessary assistance to them.
