Lai addresses 'five shortages' with a message to business leaders

Premier Lai Ching-te (賴清德) this week outlined plans to address issues concerning business leaders while delivering a message aimed at reassuring them and reminding them that the responsibility of improving Taiwan's economic growth also falls on their shoulders.
